Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags.
- Damaged or wrong item? Please record a video while opening your parcel and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@thelittlecradle.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
- Used or washed items cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
- For approved refunds, payment is made by bank transfer within 7 working days of us receiving the item.
- Return delivery costs are covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
